My Road Captains
“L“ Plates are on and we're heading down to Mandurah for lunch. There
will also be plenty of things to do and see with the popular Mandjar
Markets will be open on the foreshore near the Rotunda from 9.00am until
approximately 2.00pm.
We'll be leaving Kelmscott Hog's Breath Café at 800am sharp 28th
January to beat the inevitable hot weather, moving southward to
cooler climes. If you didn't book your own accommodation in
anticipation for the weekend, please contact Karen (Mama Bear)
at
hogeditor@iinet.net.au as she
has organised some accommodation very close to the town centre.
Our illustrious host from the National Rally, Stepan of
Xanadu wines is helping organise the 'handover' of the donations
at Xanadu and will set a table for those who want to have a
quick drink or snack. Could I please get people to e-mail or
call me (0402 306 421) so I can get approximate numbers to let
Stepan know how many tables to set up.
The road captain has been chosen and will be revealed when
you get to Hog's Breath Café. This will be a good return to
Margaret River and the community and hope many of you can make
it.
Departing: Frasers Bottom Car park, 8:15am for a
8:30am departure.
Geo’s Coffee and Cake ride.
It will be Gingers at 9.30am, coffee stop at New
Norcia and lunch at Wongan Hills
