UPDATE - HOGWEST 35th Birthday Bash

Come Celebrate our 35th Birthday on the 27th April 2024

On the 27th April 2024 our club HOGWEST is holding our 35th Birthday celebrations at Forest Edge Adventure Camp in Waroona

For the inclusive price of $100 per head, Piglets 12yrs & under $50, you get accommodation, decorations, nibbles, an evening dinner, a cooked breakfast, Club 35th Birthday merchandise, Music by DJ Mickey to rock the night away and a bottle of water on arrival to wet the whistle after the ride down.

Beer, wine & soft drinks will be provided on the ticket purchase system of $5 per ticket, mixed can spirits & 200ml bottles of champagne will be provided at $7.50 per ticket at the event location, these will be different colour tickets.

Unfortunately, cash only to purchase drink tickets.

Accommodation is dorm type bedding with small and large rooms, please review the picture below for accommodation layout. 

NOTE: A non-refundable $25 deposit will be required per person.

If you wish to secure a small room for 4, a $100 deposit will be required per room on initial deposit, otherwise you will be placed into one of the large Male/Female rooms

Unaccompanied Females will be allocated to Rooms 14 & 15

Unaccompanied Men will be allocated to Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4

Celebrations will start from various locations: 

Clarkson BP - Caloundra Road, - Road Captain Charlie Rogerson with stands up at 13:45hrs - 27th April Tail End Charlie: Wayne Robbo Robertson

McDonalds Midvale - Road Captain Willie Wood, with stands up at 13:45 - 27th April Tail End Charlie TBA

Groups will ride down to the BP Southbound Baldivis on the Kwinana Freeway at pick up all those living in the southern suburbs and depart here for Waroona at 15:00hrs and arrive at the event location at around 17:00hrs.

NOTE: Members will need to bring a sleeping bag/blanket & a pillow.
